Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email. This Booking Confirmation is also your voucher with which you can pick up your tickets at the box office of your chosen event.

The tickets are ready for pick up one hour before the performance starts. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Please ensure that you have checked your junk and spam folders for the email. To prevent this from happening again please add in manager@concertvienna.com to your safe list. If you still can’t find the email please contact us at +43 660 1494 468 or manager@concertvienna.com.

You can only select the price category, but not the exact seats. Most concerts offer free choice of seating in the selected category.

For events with assigned seats: if you order 2 or 3 tickets: your seats will be next to each other.
If you order 4 or more tickets: your seats will be next to each other, or, if this is not possible, we will provide a combination of groups of seats (at least in pairs, for example 2+2 or 2+3).

The starting time of performances at the Vienna State Opera are announced 2 months in advance. The usual starting times are between 18:00 and 20:00.

For many events we are able to offer the possibility to cancel tickets – you can find this information in the event details of your chosen event.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be refunded the face value of your tickets.

Otherwise, the cancellation and exchange of tickets is generally not possible. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may post them for re-sale by contacting us at manager(at)concertvienna.com.
